Li-Cycle Goes Public
Li-Cycle, an OCTIA member and Ontario-based industry-leading lithium-ion battery resource recovery company has gone public. Through acquisition by Peridot Acquisition Corp, a SPAC, the combined entity will have a Pro-forma equity valuation of $1.67 billion dollars.
